Inquiries and project agreements
Use the site to explore our services or send a project inquiry. An inquiry does not book a project or require payment. The pricing on this site describes our standard package. We confirm custom scope and pricing in writing before work starts.
Your written project agreement controls the deliverables, schedule, revisions, payment milestones, ownership and handoff for your project. If it conflicts with information on this site about the project, the agreement controls.
Payments, cancellations and refunds
When a payment is due, we may send a Stripe checkout link for the agreed amount. The project agreement sets out when payments are due and how scope changes, cancellations and refunds are handled. If a charge looks wrong or you need to request a cancellation or refund, email james.lalone64@gmail.com with your project name and payment date.
Using the site and its content
You may browse the site and view examples to evaluate our work. Lamplight Studio’s original site content is protected by applicable law. Portfolio work, photography and other third-party materials belong to their respective owners. Obtain permission before reusing materials unless the law or a license allows it.
Please use the inquiry form for genuine requests. Do not send spam, impersonate others, attempt unauthorized access or interfere with the site. Links to other websites are subject to those websites’ own terms and policies.
